Her next short film, <em>Sirens,<\/em> explores absence and exile through the journey of a child who ventures out to sea to find what he has lost. The meeting will offer a glimpse of the visual research and experiments carried out during the two-month residency at the Maison des Auteurs d'Angoul\u00eame, followed by a screening of his previous film Irma and a discussion of his creative process.<br \/>\nWriting, direction, animation: Lisa Cruz<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Growing and burning<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Amour Tambour Company<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Exit from residency, street theatre, puppetry<\/strong><br \/>\nA puppet and a woman run away. They leave the home, the institution, the theatre, and set off on the road. To where? For what? Surrounded by letters, stories, sounds and a few shadows, they recount their dreams of leaving home.
