The Théâtre de la Massue invites in its studio artists, authors and companies, for periods of residency, supported by industry (technical contributions, tools, personnel, space, etc.) and funding.

The company is also committed to supporting emerging artists as part of its mentoring programme. These training plans, which are specific to puppet theatre, enable knowledge and skills to be passed on by welcoming artists into the company to guide their research projects.

These training plans are funded by the DRAC - PACA and by the various subsidies the company receives.
