Artistic and Cultural Education workshops. Associations helping people with disabilities or in difficulty 2020-2024
The company's artists are involved in arts education, sharing moments of workshop, learning and creation. Ézéquiel Garcia-Romeu is currently working on two productions, for young audiences and for all audiences. In the course of this work, he has shared his experience with children from the neighbourhoods close to where we are based at Le 109 in L'Entre-Pont, and with students from the Lycée Pasteur during Artistic and Cultural Education workshops.
The company's artists work closely with the ADAPEI association in Alpes-Maritimes, which takes in disabled children and young adults, and with the ALC for adults in serious social difficulty.
Seminars and courses in the Puppets Space and other areas of the Entre-Pont with the Université Côte d'Azur (UCA)
Since 2015, Ézéquiel Garcia-Romeu has been teaching as an associate professional and lecturer at the Université Côte d'Azur, in the Performing Arts department. He invites his students to come to Le 109's site and discover, during work sessions and classes, the activities of L'Entre-Pont and the wealth of artistic exchanges that take place there. In 2020-2021, 30 students regularly visited the Puppets Space at L'Entre-Pont on a weekly basis, thanks to this transmission activity.
The association with the UCA is enriched by this close collaboration which is the European INEUPUP project and is stabilising around its courses and seminars, which will run until 2022.
