Combining live performance, paper theatre, objects, shadows and light, DayDream is a poetic ode to childhood, to first times and the (re)discovery of emotions. First memories emerge in a trickle of light, bringing to life the landscapes, characters and emotions of childhood in a dreamlike, fantastical journey.

This show takes its inspiration from the work of Alex Grey, an American visionary and mystic working on the symbolism of images, and in particular his suite of drawings : First Memories, produced in 1998. During the 1st edition of FORMA - Festival d'Objets Rares et de Marionnettes - in May 2025 in Nice, Lucille Delbecque presented the beginnings during a performance.
